Refund & Returns Policy

At Hybrid Floors Australia, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, processing begins immediately. As a result, we kindly ask that you choose your products carefully, as refunds cannot be issued after the order has been dispatched.

Flooring Exchanges
If you need to exchange your flooring, please notify us within two (2) days of receiving your order, ensuring the product has not been installed or altered. Return shipping to Hybrid Floors Australia’s Brisbane warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

However you have until 30 days to return items.

Change of Mind Returns
For returns due to a change of mind, where the product has not been picked up, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover handling and processing costs. We appreciate your understanding.

Once the flooring has been installed, you are deemed to have accepted the product, and Hybrid Floors Australia will not be responsible for any removal costs.

Damaged or Faulty Products
In the rare case that your flooring is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, Hybrid Floors Australia will arrange for return shipping and provide a replacement. Please take photos of any issues (preferably with the product in its original packaging) to help us investigate and improve our service.

Eligibility for Exchange
Only full-paying customers are eligible for exchanges. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Additionally, exchanges must be for the entire quantity of flooring from the original order. Partial returns, spares, or leftover materials will not be accepted.
