Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We don’t operate a physical showroom, we’re completely online. Instead, we provide flooring samples so you can see and feel the product in your own home. This gives you the chance to check the colour, texture, and finish in your own lighting conditions before making a bigger purchase.

Can I get flooring advice before I buy?

Yes, absolutely. Our team is available to answer questions about product suitability, installation, and what might work best for your space. You can contact us by phone, email, or through our website contact form. We can also recommend which collections or finishes are most popular in homes similar to yours.

Do you sell to both homeowners and trade customers?

Do you offer trade accounts or discounts for bulk orders?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment options including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and direct bank transfer. For convenience, we also offer buy-now, pay-later services such as Afterpay or Zip, depending on availability at checkout.

Is your flooring waterproof?

Yes, our hybrid and vinyl flooring ranges are 100% waterproof, which means they can be installed in kitchens, laundries, and other areas where moisture is present.

Where can I find product specifications?

Do you provide warranties with your flooring?

Can I order a sample before buying?

Installation Questions

Can I install hybrid flooring myself?

Yes, hybrid flooring is designed with a click-lock system that makes it possible for DIY installation. If you’re confident with tools and careful with preparation, it can be a manageable project. For most customers, though, we recommend using a qualified installer to ensure the best result.

Do you provide installation services?

We currently offer installation through our trusted partners in Brisbane only. If you’re located outside Brisbane, we recommend working with a local flooring installer.

Where can I find installation instructions?

If you’re planning to install the floor yourself, we provide an installation guide that covers step-by-step instructions, preparation, and tools required. This guide is available to download from our website.

What subfloor preparation is required?

The subfloor needs to be clean, flat, dry, and stable before laying hybrid flooring. Any unevenness, moisture, or debris can affect the performance of the floor. For specifics, please refer to our installation guide or consult your installer.

Do I need underlay with hybrid flooring?

Some hybrid ranges come with pre-attached underlay, while others may require a separate underlay. Details are listed on each product page. If you’re unsure, check the product specifications or speak with your installer.

Can hybrid flooring be installed in wet areas like bathrooms?

Hybrid flooring is waterproof, but bathrooms are considered high-moisture environments with strict building code requirements. We recommend speaking directly with your installer to confirm if it’s suitable for your project.

What if I run into problems during installation?

Delivery & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most flooring orders, if in stock, are delivered within 4 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated along the way.

Do you offer same-day pickup?

Yes. If you place your order before 9am, you can arrange same-day pickup from our warehouse in Yatala, Brisbane. We’ll confirm when your order is ready to collect.

Which couriers do you use?

We work with third-party freight providers for all flooring deliveries. Because of this, live tracking isn’t always available, but our team will keep you in the loop and provide updates until your order arrives.

Do I get tracking for my order?

Tracking is available for all sample orders. For larger flooring orders, tracking is not always possible due to the freight companies we use, but we’ll always communicate delivery details directly with you.

How quickly are samples delivered?

We send out samples as quickly as possible. They’re shipped with tracking so you can follow your parcel.

Can you deliver anywhere in Australia?

Yes, we deliver nationwide. Delivery costs and times will vary depending on your location, and we’ll confirm these with you when you place your order.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

Occasionally, courier delays can happen. While we can’t always control third-party schedules, we’ll stay in touch and update you on the status of your order until it reaches you.

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean hybrid flooring?

Hybrid flooring is low-maintenance. Regular sweeping or vacuuming (with a soft brush head) will keep dust and grit off the surface. For a deeper clean, use a damp mop with a pH-neutral floor cleaner. Avoid using steam mops, harsh chemicals, or abrasive pads, as these can damage the protective surface.

Can I use a steam mop on hybrid flooring?

No. Steam mops and excessive water can cause damage to the floor and may void the warranty. Stick to a damp mop and mild, pH-neutral cleaner instead.

How do I prevent scratches and dents?

Place felt pads or sliders under furniture, and use rugs or mats in high-traffic areas. Keep pet nails trimmed and avoid walking on the floor in stilettos or shoes with damaged heels. Picking furniture up instead of dragging it across the floor is also a good habit.

What’s the best way to deal with spills?

Wipe up spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Hybrid flooring is waterproof, so the occasional spill won’t cause damage, but leaving liquids to sit for long periods isn’t recommended.

Does hybrid flooring fade in sunlight?

Over time, strong direct sunlight can cause slight colour changes. Curtains, blinds, or UV-protective films are recommended in areas with large windows or heavy sun exposure.

How do I maintain engineered timber flooring?

Engineered timber requires a little more care than hybrid flooring. Use the same approach for day-to-day cleaning, sweep or vacuum regularly, and mop sparingly with a damp cloth and timber-safe cleaner. Avoid excess water as it can damage the timber layers. Always clean up spills promptly and use protective pads on furniture.

Can engineered timber be sanded and refinished?

Yes, depending on the thickness of the top timber veneer, engineered floors can sometimes be sanded back and refinished. This extends their lifespan and refreshes the look, but it should always be done by a professional.
