Processing & Handling Times

• Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer nationwide shipping across Australia. Delivery times and costs vary based on location.

Order Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
• You can track your order using the carrier’s tracking link provided in the email.
• If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Once an order has been shipped, Hybrid Floors Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, email us at hello@hybridfloors.com.au with your order details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at hello@hybridfloors.com.au within 3 days of delivery.
• Provide your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect items for a resolution.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.

Changes & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed.
• If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
