Flooring delivery usually takes 1–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Prices can change a little from week to week. Picking up from one of our South East Queensland warehouses is free.
Sample Shipping
All sample boxes cost the same to ship. Your samples are free. You just cover a flat $15 shipping fee.
Every sample box is sent with tracking through Sendle, and most are delivered within 3–7 business days. If you haven’t received a tracking number, please get in touch with our team.
Please note, samples can’t be returned once they’ve been delivered.
Automatic Shipping Calculations
We deliver to every Australian postcode and use multiple couriers to get you the best price.
We confirm stock and book your delivery before dispatch. Delivery usually takes 1–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
In most cases, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Just enter your address and your shipping cost will appear. Once shipping is paid, we’ll provide you with an estimated delivery date and a tracking number (where available).
If you’re not happy with the shipping quote, you’re more than welcome to organise your own freight. Just give one of our team members a call and we’ll help set that up.
Rural Areas
Shipping for rural areas can be a bit tricky. Australia’s big and freight prices can jump around a lot.
If shipping isn’t automatically calculated at checkout, it just means our system can’t accurately work it out for your address. No worries at all. Just give one of our team members a call and we’ll sort it for you.
All we’ll need is your address and what you’re planning on ordering. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a custom shipping invoice.
Pick up from our warehouse
All orders are welcome to be picked up from the warehouse if you’d like to save on shipping.
Once your order is placed, you’ll be given a pickup code when it’s ready. Our warehouse is located in Brisbane.
Please allow 1 business day for us to get your order ready before you come to collect it. For same-day pickups, please call a member of our team to check what’s possible.

Your delivery options
Home delivery
The truck has a tail-lift that lowers the pallet to the ground, so you don't need a forklift. These are the prices in the table.
Business delivery
Got a forklift on site? Checkout also shows a business price, when it's cheaper. For 20 m² of 6.5mm hybrid it was $429 to Perth, instead of $630.
Depot collection
In some areas, checkout offers to send your pallet to a freight depot for you to collect, when that costs less. To Toowoomba it was $133 at the depot, against $272 to a home.
Free pickup
Choose click and collect at checkout and collect from the warehouse that holds your floor, usually in South East Queensland. Allow 1 business day. We'll send the address and a pickup code.

How much does flooring delivery cost?
It depends on how much you order and where it's going. For 20 m² of 6.5mm hybrid delivered to a home, checkout charged $176 in Brisbane, $335 in Sydney, $334 in Melbourne and $630 in Perth (22 Oct 2026, including GST).

How long does delivery take?
We confirm stock and book your delivery first. Flooring delivery usually takes 1 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number where one is available.
Do I need a forklift to unload the pallet?
No. Home delivery comes on a truck with a tail-lift, which lowers the pallet to the ground.
If you do have a forklift on site, choose business delivery at checkout. It's often cheaper: for 20 m² of 6.5mm hybrid it was $429 to Perth instead of $630.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes, and pickup is free. Choose click and collect at checkout and collect your order from the warehouse that holds your floor. That's usually in South East Queensland: Albion, Archerfield, Mansfield or Yatala.
Allow 1 business day for us to get your order ready. We'll send you the address and a pickup code. For a same-day pickup, call us first.
What is depot collection?
In some areas, checkout also offers depot collection when it costs less than delivery. We send your pallet to the freight depot for your state and you collect it from there: Larapinta (QLD), Prestons (NSW), Derrimut (VIC), Gepps Cross (SA) or Kenwick (WA). There's no depot yet in the ACT, Tasmania or the Northern Territory.
For 20 m² of 6.5mm hybrid to Toowoomba, it was $133 at the depot, against $272 to a home.
How do samples ship?
Samples are free. You pay a flat $15 shipping for a box of up to 3 samples. They go by courier with tracking through Sendle, and delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you deliver to rural areas?
Yes, we deliver to every Australian postcode. If checkout can't work out a price for your address, call us on 0431 311 633 with your address and what you're ordering, and we'll quote it.
Is delivery cheaper per box if I order more?
Yes. A pallet holds a lot of boxes, so a bigger order costs only a little more to send. To Melbourne, 50 m² of 6.5mm hybrid cost $354 to deliver, just $20 more than 20 m² of 6.5mm hybrid ($334).
