Which orders qualify?
A flooring purchase of $1,500 or more from Hybrid Floors Australia, placed while this offer is running. The amount is the flooring paid after discounts, including GST, excluding delivery, installation, samples and accessories. One $100 cashback per order. If we end the offer, orders placed before it ends still qualify.
What does the video need to include?
Your installed HFA floor, its colour or product name, and a mention of Hybrid Floors Australia. Post it publicly on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook with a clear cashback disclosure. A photo or private video does not meet this campaign’s public-video requirement. Keep it accessible while your claim is checked.
Does it need to be a positive review?
No. Share your honest experience. Eligibility is based on the qualifying purchase and video requirements, not praise, a star rating, likes or follower count.
Can HFA reuse my video?
Only with your permission. The claim form has an optional choice for reposting on our website and own social channels with credit. Paid advertising needs separate permission. Neither optional choice affects your cashback eligibility.
When can I claim, and when will I receive the money?
Once your floor is installed and your video is posted. Send your claim within 60 days of your flooring being delivered. We check your order and video, then refund $100 to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days of approving your claim. If your claim does not qualify, we will email you to explain why.
