We know fast delivery makes a big difference, especially when you’re on a tight timeline. That’s why we aim to pack and send your parcels the same day or next business day. Depending on your location, you’ll usually receive your samples within 2–4 working days.

Frequently asked questions

You can order up to 3 samples in a standard sample box.

If you need more, just give us a call and we can organise a custom sample box with additional colours or styles to suit your project.

Our sample boxes are free – we don’t charge for the samples themselves.

All we ask is that you cover the shipping cost at checkout.

Sample sizes vary slightly depending on the board, but as a guide, all samples are cut to around 300mm and include the full board thickness, so you can get a proper feel for the product.

Depending on your location, your samples can arrive in as little as 2 business days.

For more rural or remote areas, delivery times will depend on our courier, but we’ll always send you tracking so you can keep an eye on your order.

No, you don’t have to.

If you’re confident in your choice, you’re welcome to place a full order online without ordering samples first. However, we do recommend samples if you’d like to see the colour and finish in your own space before committing.
