Can Artifloor vinyl be laid over my existing floor?
Often, yes. Glue-down vinyl can go over most hard, flat, well-bonded surfaces once they are properly prepared, including concrete slabs and many existing tiled floors where grout lines are filled and levelled. How many boxes of vinyl planks should I order?
Measure each room's length by width in metres to get the area, add the areas together, then allow roughly 5 to 10% extra for cutting waste, more for herringbone patterns and rooms with lots of angles. Divide by the square metres per box shown on each product page and round up. Is glue-down vinyl suitable for apartments and units?
